Orders placed after 2pm Friday SAST will start processing the following Monday. Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Soul Lifestyle is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
- Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days to pudaiercosmetics.co.za and we will get back to you.

Yes we do. We ship to all major cities and outlying areas in South Africa. Deliveries to major cities can take up to 3 days and deliveries to outlying areas can take up to 5 days
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us online. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy for online orders applies to all of our products except for made to order items.
Cancellation: We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable): We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable): If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
